Beautiful miles of trails run through this rural part of the Vosges mountains, little to no vehicle traffic on these forestry and logging trails. The Vosges Mountain forests are a mix of pine, douglas, beech nut, and maple. The trails cut through small babbling brooks, breakout over splendid views onto adjacent mountain crests. The forests and clean air provide serenity and calm that transports one to a quieter time. For those that wish to ride cross country or off-trail, a map of the 200 some hectares of private land is posted in the apartments. | |||

Quartering of horses is available within view of the apartments and the xx acre pasture can be subdivided as necessary to accommodate the various situations that arise. Several large trees provide cover. Water is available via a hose and moveable droughts. Feed and hay is not available. |
