Belfays - Rental Information and Prices

·         Kitchen has a four burner stove, oven, medium size refrigerator, place settings of silver- and flatware for (6) six, along with an assortment of pots and pans.

·         Living room and dining seats maximum of four to six.  Living room has couch with pull-out bed.

·         Bedrooms have a firm double bed, linen is not supplied.

·         Bathrooms, all have 80cm glass shower stall.  Towels not supplied.

Maison Belfays provides furnished apartments for weekend, long weekends, or week long vacations within the “Parc Naturel regional des Ballons des Vosges.”  

The spacious, well appointed apartments are located at an elevation of 800 meters along the Alsace / Vosges border at the end of a single lane country road.  The road, thereafter, transitions into a dirt/gravel forest road.  

The air is pure, forests everywhere, and no traffic or city light pollution at night.   The apartments have a bedroom, dining/living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower for a very comfortable stay.  The living room has a fireplace and outside a stockpile of complimentary firewood.  For those that cannot get away from the world for too long, the entire complex has free Wi-Fi high speed internet access, no printer.  Apartments are all non-smoking.

·         Other

o        High speed Wi-FI Internet.  No phone but cell phone reception via Orange, Bouygues, or France Telecom.

o        Community washers and dryers are available in basement – no charge.

·         Weekend rental price is 150€ flat rate for a couple, or a family of four arriving.   (Weekend defined as: Friday afternoon/evening arrival, staying Saturday with a Sunday afternoon/evening departure.)

·         Additional day or increments thereof is 50€/day.

·         Staying the week, the rate is 300€ per week.  Week is Monday arrival with Sunday departure.

·         For apartments that accommodate six (6), there is an additional 50€ per weekend or 100€ for the week.

·         Pets -   Currently, there is one apartment design to lodge max of four and is designated for guests with a pet but regrettably has no fireplace.

·         Cleaning service fee 25€ (however you are expected to clean and put away the dishes, pots, and utensils)

·         Prices include access to private land for off-road Jeepin, motorcycling, mountain biking, AirSoft/Paintball usage, or cross country horseback riding and quartering of horses in local pasture.
